Shipping Information
You will normally receive your order 3 to 8 business days after your order is received.
We try to use recycled and biodegradable packaging when possible, and strive to make our packaging 100% recyclable!
Your shipping charges will automatically be calculated for FEDEX delivery. The charges are based on the weight of your order. We may also use USPS , UPS or other ground shipment companies. We always ship by the lowest price available to save you money on shipping cost! The calculated charges are for the 48 continental states only!
We do not ship outside the continental US and cannot ship to a P.O. Box (you must have a physical address). We do not offer expedited shipping due to the nature of these heavy products, the costs associated with shipping liquids are very high.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
To track your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You then contact the shipper directly to track your order. If your product has been sent without tracking confirmation, please wait until the estimated date of arrival to contact us. If the product has not arrived at your door within a reasonable amount of time, we will be happy to investigate the delay for you.
